To help accelerate our growth, we are looking for an ambitious Engagement Manager.

What you will be doing (in close collaboration with colleagues and management):

Guide international companies, senior executives and their management teams to solve complex business challenges on innovation & growth, cost reduction, process improvements, entrepreneurial culture development…

Perform end-to-end delivery of multiple client projects: strategy development and challenge design, change management & digital platform management, agile execution

Carry out cutting-edge analyses to identify inspiration sets, explore weak signals, understand patterns & root causes

Translate the observations and visualize the insights in executive presentations and multimedia communication materials

Support business development managers with the commercial activities

Support the R&D team in IPR and methodology development, where valuable and feasible
Requirements:

A master’s degree in business engineering or civil engineering or equivalent through professional experience

Consulting experience in strategy & innovation is a plus, but not mandatory
-
A PhD, MBA or complementary Management Program is a plus, but not mandatory

Self-confident team player with excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
-
Excellent listener, able to read between the lines, capable of analyzing the situation in real time and reacting accordingly, aware of the political dimension in an organization

Well-organized, driven by getting results, like to take ownership

Fluent in Dutch and English. German and/or French are an asset
-
Willingness to travel, mainly in Europe (10%)
