Venture Spirit partners with international top executives and their employees to tackle business challenges w.r.t. innovation, cost improvement, process optimization, change… We designed a new way of consulting through gamification, by engaging the collective intelligence and eliminating traditional collaboration barriers. As a game changer we are proud of many success stories with industry leaders such as GSK, Bosch, P&G and GE. Because we have strong growth ambitions, we are currently looking for a Consultant.

Responsibilities

  • Guide international companies and senior executives to solve their complex business challenges through the use of our gamified formats
  • Carry out break-through analyses to identify root causes and come up with solutions to steer the game and guarantee the desired output
  • Build strong sector knowledge to secure maximum value during the game and the solution implementation afterwards
  • Develop new client relationships while nurturing existing ones
  • Inspire your clients with your strategic vision, analytical skills and proven leadership skills

Skills & experience

  • Trusted advisor with credibility at CxO level, in industries such as high-tech, automotive, pharma, FMCG…
  • Excellent listener, able to read between the lines, capable of analyzing the situation in real time and reacting accordingly, aware of the political dimension in an organization.
  • Well-organized, excellent communication and presentation skills, like to take ownership and get results.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-starting attitude to boost the growth of a solid start-up.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English. German and/or French are an asset
  • Willingness to travel (20%)
